My encounter for the first time was poor, the AC didn't cool the room at all and we had it at 64°, all the T.V weren't working throughout the place, no internet so we couldn't watch tv..I do feel they should keep up with certain things overall it's a great place for kids due to the waterpark and affordable. The staff were friendly!!!

My boys and I LOVED our stay! The waterpark was so much fun for all 3 of us! I am going to give a HUMONGOUS SHOUT OUT TO NEFFE! I left my priceless necklace at the hotel. After many phone calls since Monday evening when I realized it was missing and all day Tuesday, I was finally able to find out it was safe in a safe with housekeeping. HOUSEKEEPING personnel is also getting this HUMONGOUS SHOUT OUT! would nt stay at this hotel because there bad about not refunding money deposit or refunds it's been over a month and still know money returned to my account so now I am going to seek legal actions

I Didn't Stay At Flamingo Water Park Resort This Year , I Went There Every Year On My Vacation To Florida , Chose A Different One This Year Holiday Inn Water Park Resort Bad Choice , Not Worth It , Most Of The People Are Rude , Not Great Service , Way To Much Money For The This Place , From Now On Going To Flamingo Waterpark , Great Service , Family Friendly , Great Price , 😘💖
We took our grandson there and we had a ball! He had a fantastic time, loved the waterpark, bouncing house. We will definitely be back next year
This place is the worst I arrived to the hotel/motel and it looked dark and dirty just at the entrance. I went to the front desk and expressed my concerns after reading the reviews (I should have checked it before booking). The front desk clerk gave me the key to the only room available with a park view. I went to the room which looked dirty on just the outside. I went in the lamp was broken and the carpet was dirty.
