The water park it shouldnt be the only thing you should have. When it rains theres not much any one can do. The activity room had nothing for my 5 yr old to do other than color. Please have your staff change the sheets and put fresh towels, not have us ask for it. Clean your rooms, they smell and they have insects all over the place and spider web on the curtains. And when a customer comes with a complaint dont assume we trying to get a discount!
I checked in to the hotel room appeared to be ok not the best looking but ok until the sun went down and the room got dark. Roaches began to come out of nowhere contacted the front desk and was I asked did I want to change rooms at 2 am but earlier I was told there were no available rooms. When the children woke up there were more roaches I had to make sure my son shook everything out because I didn’t want to take any of them with me. RecommendedPrima zwembad alles is wat gedateerd maar word goed schoon gehouden. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de kamers worden redelijk schoon gemaakt. We hebben het top gehad.

When we checked in, our room was unavailable, so they "upgraded" us to a suite. Instead of the queen and bunk beds we needed, they gave us 2 queen beds and a jetted tub room. They stated the room was newly renovated and we were the first to stay there, but the room looked slapped together. I was very unhappy with the room they gave us.
