RecommendedI had a great time, room was clean when I got their pool water and area was clean. The staff are nice and friendly made sure we had all we needed housekeeping was polite and made sure we had things for our room. The only thing I wish that they would have toured us around or at least tell us how things worked it was our first stay there and we had no knowledge of how the game room worked so we didn’t have the opportunity to play in their. Dissapointing that the waterpark area closes at 8pm especially when check in is at 4pm. Since it is the summer time it should be open until at least 10pm-11pm. Had I known I would not have booked. Kids dont go to sleep at 8pm in the summer!
RecommendedWe had a great time and a worker even made sure DJ had the right TV so he could play his xbox too that was very nice of them for doing it we will be booking again very happy
bed bugs, urine stains, conditions no one should have to sleep in much less pay to stay there!
WE HAD BED BUGS!!!! the rooms were the nastiest I have ever seen in my life. Disgusting is an understatement. the room smelled like pee and mold. there were stains over every inch of the carpet. Hairs on our sheets. stains on my kids bunk bed mattresses. Crusty stains on my headboard. we literally checked out in the middle of the night and drove down to Days Inn and had to spend even more money just to sleep that night. The room was nice not really in the best area definatly didnt feel very safe. The walls were thin so we could hear the people next to us fighting and kids screaming. The pool water was gross and kids running wild. About 10 pm last night we got smoked out out of our room as someone was smoking pot in the room next to us. We didnt stay we went on home wont be back or recommended to anyone.
Not what I was expecting.that is all.
