Our first room we got jacuzzi king room stunk horrible like mildew,ceiling had water pouring out when we turned in jacuzzi blanket looked dirty,spiders and webs all over on balcony around door,was not my cup of tea,never again

I booked a weekend getaway for my family stayed in a suite this time. I was impressed with the room. It was new clean except stains on the carpet but really-not noticeable. Plenty of room and a balcony overlooking the pool. The kids (7 & 9) loved the bunk beds. We had a full sized refrigerator and microwave which were a big money saver instead of eating out all the time (I should have brought a crockpot or an electric skillet and it would have been perfect). I almost didn’t book because of other reviews. But we had planned to stay just Sunday-Tuesday, we booked an additional night to keep the fun going. They do close the water park and pool if any lightening producing storm within 15 miles. People complaining about that must be crazy. It’s for the safety of the people staying here. We booked a room with a queen bed and a bunk bed. My two boys and I (8 and 11) have had an absolute BLAST. This is a great family place the check in was smooth the rooms very clean lots of fun activities for the kids everything is included in the price of the room. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We will be returning before the summer is over!
