Great little get a way with my kids. Worth the money spent. Cute and fun waterpark! Decent beds and rooms!

This is the worst "resort" you may ever sleep in. First off, it clearly says when you book.. "DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARRIVE".. my account was charged the entire amount at the moment i booked. Now, i did not notice this until i got to the hotel. So, when i get there, there was a security deposit given that was promised to be given back when you leave the hotel.. said security deposit still is not on my account 4 days later. Was looking for a place to take my family next year for vacation. My daughter at first recommended this place until she went on vacation amd had a terrible experience! I could never stay at a place where you cant take a shower!!!
