Me and my grandson enjoyed it fun in the sun � cool place
Had a little trouble getting there by GPS taking you on tolls, but the rooms were decent and the park was fun,me and my kids enjoyed it didn't have any trouble

Just a bad experience from the moment we pulled in. We were hit with a resort fee that we didn't know about. our little ones couldn't even use because everything was closed or getting worked on. Our door you could just walk right in and wouldn't lock, maintenance left it cracked when we got back that night with all our belongings in their. Had to pay toll after toll because we thought it would be a good resort for the kids to play and swim. My family of 4 stayed at your hotel this weekend Thursday-Saturday 11/9-11/11and are very disappointed. We got to our hotel room and first had to ask for clean sheets because there was hair and marks on the sheets. We decide to not let this ruin our vacation because this was our vacation for our kids before their father deployed. If we could have given this negative stars, we would have. The entire experience was HORRIBLE. We drove 30 miles out of our way to stay here and the entire kids pool area was closed. We came on a Monday and were told 24 hours. Left on Thursday and still closed. Hotel claims to have a restaurant - only open on weekends. The "regular" hotel pool was to be open at 8am and the day we went down to use it, it was closed also. Our sheets were never washed and we were told they were. Our room was never vacuumed. We stayed in the section without accessing the water park. It was clean and very reasonably priced. The people were friendly and helpful!
