First off when we got there were told about the extra hotel costs. Expedia did a fine job of fine print (not clearly stating the hotel fee's and deposit). The room actually wasn't bad and was quiet..facing the waterpark. Had a pleasant first night except the fact the airconditioner didn't work well so had to keep in on constant. We had an awful experience at this hotel. The keys to enter the room never worked in the 3 days we were there. The AC never got cold, the bathtub was clugged. Housekeeping did not have towels, shampoo or soap available. They kicked us out from the waterpark at 4 because supposedly it was raining like 10 miles away. The ice machine never worked in 3 days. Worst hotel I have stayed at in my life. For $89 a night plus $28 daily hotel fee this place is worst than a motel. Would never stay here again.

I stayed in this "hotel" in August 2017 and it's a true disaster. First of all everytime we went out and came back we had to call front desk to open the door for us because the keys would not work . Then housekeeping did not leave any towels,shampoo or soap in the room for us and we called the front desk and they said they did not have any. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's not bad. My 6 year son and I enjoyed it. They need to fix a couple of things like the shuttle should be more available. It leaves once at 9am and if you need it any other time you have to pay $15 I believe. The breakfast kitchen isn't all that great but overall I like it. The room was clean. The air conditioner was working. My son had a blast at the waterpark and the pool. It's good for young kids. Everyone was really helpful as well. Might go back next year!

Absolutely do NOT choose this place!! Sketchy men flying drones over the pool. Tail gate parties outside our door with men pants almost to their ankles. Drinking. Waterpark is a joke. Not enough lifeguards. Rooms worn out.
Visited for our son's 10th bday and we had so much fun! Every employee was helpful, cheerful and always with a smile. Rooms were clean! Pools were perfect and overall we will be coming back very soon! Recommending everyone here! Thank you for making my son feel special
This place is the most ridiculous hotel I have ever gone to. This is the first negative review I have given any hotel I have stayed at. They are racist,bigots and very inconsiderate. Not to mention this hotel looks nothing like what they show in pictures. If I could load pictures on this review I would save alot of you the time and hastle....
The only thing good about this place was the nice people. Rooms were nasty and the whole place just felt dirty. Beds felt like they have been broken down since 1964. In desperate need of a full renovation.
Disappointed. Is sad that a great place that it could be, is not because needs upgrades. Of the two units of ac one just blew air never got cold enough, room was big for only one unit working that anyway didn't got cold enough either. After couple hours in the pool they took us out for maintenance, at 2pm, like really? Can't that be done later at night? Game room is small with old machines, at least was cheap.
