It was a fun experience but a few of the employees were rude. Overall experience was great.
The rooms inside this "resort" looks more like a motel 6! I was extremely disappointed, everything in it was dated. This place needs upgrading so bad! The comforter on top of the bed was yucky looking, I had to pull them off before I could allow my kids to even sit on the beds. If it wasn't for my husband I would have had an anxiety attack about the room, we paid 178 dollar to be there for a night and I was horrified. My and kids and I had a great time.. there's a lot to do for kids. Very convenient, however the $100 was a surprise, they didn't tell me anything when I made my reservation. Just less money I was able to spend at resort.
Friendly workers. Very clean room, and a beautiful water park. I highly recommend this resort especially if you have kids.
We had a great time for my mom's bday they have cabanas by the 3 slides and kiddie park, bounce house and a large pool. The tiki bar has reasable prices. It's a lot of fun. But be careful because they do have to parts of the resort that are express and they do not have access to the water park. But it was a lot fun we will be doing it again for sure.
The worst experience ever we checked in on Friday at 4:30 and got into our room and it was so so hot it we asked the iPhone what is the temperature it said 84 degrees we came back after being at the pool for 4 hours and AC on high and iPhone read 88 degrees it was so so so bad we complained they were very very rude did not want to help us they will totally sold out so they could not remove our rooms and told us if we stayed it would be 50% off and we told them we would not even stay if it was free they advised us we would ge... read more
My family of 5 stayed and really enjoyed ourselves. The pools were great yes they close at 8 pm but by that time the kids were worn out from the entire day anyways. We will be coming back to this hotel
So I drove 20 hours to a hotel that was awful. I walked in to find out I had a fee of $140.00 to use their waterpark ( read your fine print.) Then another fee of $100.00(refundable BUT was not mentioned anywhere) I walk into the hotel to an awful moldy smell. The bathroom was way to small and the water coming out of the shower head smelled like chlorine water (everytime I washed up I felt even dirtier.) Luckily the sheets were clean.
