We stayed here for the weekend My room was ok but there were alot of things broken like my bed and refrigerator did not close right and the bath room door did not close either. The Game room was not clean and some of the machines did not give us tickets and took our money .The pool did not open untill afternoon because of shock treatment or thats what we heard from life guards.But the Grandkids did have fun but would not recommend going here.
My kids and I love Flamingo water park because the staff are very friendly, room are very clean and the water park area and the pool are inside the resort. Very convenience.
Having a blast! The kids absoulty loved it everyone was so nice!!
Great place. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Tons of fun. And a fair price. My only complaint at all is the bed was a bit firm and the pillows were tiny but I slept really well after a day swimming and sliding in the sun.
Great place to take the kids so much to do & they even have a tiki bar for the parents :) I'll be coming back soon! The only thing I would suggest is changing the rules on the slides the height limit & parents should be able to go down with their little ones.
I would not recommend this place to any one the water slides did not work all week also it did not say on there website that you have to pay $25.00 per day to use the water park on top of the $100.00 a night.
Everything was closed so they refunded half the resort fee. Television had 7 local channels. Room was clean, but dated. Staff was rude and unhelpful.
This place is just amazing, I hosted my wedding party here for 2 days and the staff and management was perfect. Very nice hospitality and very warming. Niso was just an amazing help, regarding getting everything set up to be perfect. I without a doubt would recommend this place for anyone trying to set something up for any type of event!!
Reservé por el parque y las chorreras... Me llamaron a avisarme 1 día antes; para colmo hoy lloviendo y cerraron el parque. � Me cambié de hotel y pagué más caro, por algo que no pude usar... Faltaba la plancha en el cuarto, no había papel de baño (sólo el rollo puesto)... En fin...¡NO VUELVO!
