My family had a blast there I will tell you to get the suite of you can. We had one and the room was the perfect size for our family. We ate at both restaurants and they both are good. It is not a fancy place but a family place.
To sum it all up... Its more of a motel with a hotel price. And we brought home 2 roaches in our bags, that we know of n seen so far. My fiance is a former partial owner of a Termite n Pest Control company 16+ yrs and he always says if anyone sees only 1 roach that means there are HUNDREDS that we dont see!!! So, you do the math. And we only stayed ONE night n two days. Just got home few hours ago and already have appt to get treated Tuesday morning. This place is great. First time here also. Rates great, so much for the kids to do and the adults.. I will be back 100%. Staff was amazing. Maria at the front desk was phenomenal. .I will be back again. I am home now and already want to go back. It rained a lot but we still enjoyed this wonderful place. Arrived early to check into the room but it wasn't ready. Was asked for my number so they could call me whenever the room was ready. My daughter and I had the chance to enjoy the water park until then. 5 o'clock came and still didn't receive a call from the front desk so I decided to go by and check and even at that point the room wasn't even ready for me yet but the clerk that was there looked around to find something that was ready. It was a fun and safe place. 2 adults and 3 kids (2 11year olds and 1 13year old) 175.00 for a suite with a kitchen, bunk beds and 2 queen beds. Pools were clean, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and towels. Only complaint was not a big enough trash can in the rooms and a/c took forever to cool.
This is not a Disney resort by any means. My family had 4 rooms next to each other. We were able to use the water park before check-in and the next day. The 4 children ranged from 2 to 11. All the children loved the water park and the parents and grandparents did too. The rooms were not that nice but they were not disgusting. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC didn't get the room below 80 degrees. Not unbearable but not worth the price. This was the worst experience for me in my family this weekend it was dirty!! They gave us a small room where the air conditioner the whole night was making loud noises the noises were so loud that it seemed like it was a car in the bedroom with us none of us went to sleep my five-year-old keeps crying the whole night long this the bathroom did not have a seat cover on the toilet it was nasty nasty nasty I'm so disappointed I could not wait to come back home I wish we could have just gave and them the money but my husband wo... read more
