It is a great place to take your children or grandchildren. The staff is amazing and courteous. The resort is clean and the rooms are clean as well. Highly recommend this resort. I have stayed here 3 times and will be coming back every year.
Everything here is perfect! Excellent service, great food(pizzas), we'll back definately
wont go back again! not very clean around the pool area at all the game room was just a scam for the kids.. the hotel staff was not friendly at all.. granteed the life guard staff was amazing!! but wouldnt recommend it or stay again prices over rated

Very disappointed... the room was clean checking in was fine. But not happy how they treat you after you check out we are Florida residents and we didn't get our discount and we didn't get our deposit back because they used it as our first night stay which makes no sence I was going to have my son and my Daughter in law and my 2 grandsons fly from pensilvania in dec for a week and I was going to have them stay there for a week but i changed my mind.. Pictures are so deceiving. Very ghetto, dirty and low budget. The rooms smell musty and of mildew had issues with water pressure and toilet wasn't working properly. The main pool was closed for most of the time and when it was reopened it was very warm and left a film all over. And they're was a security guy walking around at night "checking every door to make sure there where no squatters in the rooms" very scary and unprofessional. If you are traveling with children it's a great place for them to have fun in the waterpark, gameroom, and movies theater has movies mostly every night. Bar for adults to relax and have drink. Also food is pretty good as well. You don't really have to leave the resort much because everything is accessible. My family really enjoyed our weeks stay!

I found a clean room, bathtubs, bathroom, i didnt know the room would have a fridge i was happy to see that cause i brought some food. I would recommend they update chairs at the pool. Food wasnt that expensive, overall it has been a pleasant stay.
