Old and dusty needs a facelift. Had a bar and restaurant that are both not open.
I had a great time with my husband didn't use the water park but from what I saw they need to wash some of the items they have out there for the kids.
THE WORST I REGRET BOOKING THE ROOM WASTE OF TIME AND MY MONEY..���

Ours was a less than stellar experience. We wanted a nice family time for NY Eve, my grandson's birthday & my daughter's birthday. Didn't know the restaurant was not open on weekends!! Didn't realize the bar closed at 9 PM...on a weekend AND NY Eve!!!! I didn't realize we had booked a hotel in East Podunk! Everything was rundown, very old and in need of basic care, like painting. I thought it was a nice place. Kids loved the waterpark part. But they need to get rid of the old box TVs.
So many improvements and the staff was friendly and most accommodating. They are working hard to see that you have an enjoyable visit. Everything was clean and the water was sparkling clear. My family had a blast and will revisit soon.
The place is obviously under new management. Between the amazing customer service and the obvious work they are doing around the property, it's apparent that they are trying to improve their reputation. The toddler area of the water park was closed when we arrived so they allowed us a late check out to enjoy the park another day. The water is warm and crystal clear. Julio and staff were awesome. Room was clean and got to check in early. Waterpark was fun. Will go back
