LOT OF FUN FOR A HOTEL PRICE RIGHT GOOD PLACE TO GO WITH KIDS
super nice place to bring the kids or yourself. had a blast there with my two boys. cant wait to go again its very kid friendly and adult friendly highly recommend

Look my grandkids love this place. We have come here every year for the past 6 years. I gave it a 5 star because it had what I required... comfortable beds, decent room, with refrigerator, microwave, and of course the standard coffee pot. Bathroom was clean, towels were decent, and clean. Staff always been helpful, and pleasant. I wish they had a continental breakfast, but tiki bar and light menu options were adequate. Just got home today from a 3 night visit to Flamingo Waterpark Resort. I took my grandson & his friend. It was the best 3 days that the boys had. They spent all day in the water. There was even a movie every night to entertain the kids also. Definetly taking them back.
I was not expecting much due to low cost and reviews but I was overall happy with my stay. Room was clean, ac and fridge were cold, comfy beds. Carpet needs replacing and there was a musty smell. Low water pressure for showering but towels were soft, bathroom clean. Staff was nice albeit a little rough around the edges. Needs more shaded areas but I know they won't because they want you to rent cabanas for $48/day (table, chairs and ceiling fan included). So glad I read all these reviews! I am planning a trip to orlando and was literally on the booking page until I decided to Facebook this place first! All there are is horrible reviews everywhere for this place! Being a manager myself, you would think they would change somethings!? Anyways thanks to everyone for the feed back and saved my family the heartache!

They ask for $100deposit & tell u that it will be back on your card in 72hours.Check in May 15th check out May 16th & still waiting on my deposit till this day.Toilet & phone wasn't working.Tile all over even in bathroom."Accident waiting to happen".Tub was dirty but kids had fun in the lazy river.Most definitely need security in the parking lot for them thugs.We WILL NOT be going back!!!!!!
