Worst place ever....this is nothing but a overpriced hotel not a resort, first the room ac not blowing cold called maintenance don't speak English and says everything's fine,.. The lighting in the room is no good no hot water for the shower, and we found bugs crawling around. The pictures and description of the pool and slides are nothing how they describe. They also said you had complimentary breakfast which is a lie I do not recommend this place...

Great place to take the kids. As well as amenities for the wife &I . The staff was kind & helpful. Rooms are clean. And whatever you need is not far away.
Coming from Germany and we love it here. Our kids are 9 and 4 years old, they love the bunk bed, the room is clean ( Its the 2208 with direct view to the waterpark). The slides are really fun and they have lots of programs for the kids around. So kids happy=parents happy! And the price is unbelievable! ( Breakfast tipp: the Rodeo Diner next door;-)
I liked my room I felt like I had my personal bed room right inside my bedroom...
The rooms were amazing. They made my daughter feel very speacial for her birthday. She got in the waterpark for free, n the staff acknowlesge her everytime she walked by. Tiki bar drinks were excellent. I only pad $50 dollars a night. So me n my family had a blast..
Excellent resort very kid friendly. Staff was very accommodating and kind. Restaurant and tiki bar was great.
Kids had a blast, which in the end is all that counts. All the pics on the website do appear to have some sort of filter to make them look better and unless you get a suite, none of the rooms even come close to the pics. The waterpark should stay open longer during the summer, 8 o'clock is still too early. Again my kids did have fun.
