I plan my child's birthday party I had 3 rooms booked us for accommodations for the rooms to be put next to each other told that we were going to be able to do that by one of the managers Elsa of course the morning of check in they can no longer put a side by side they can only put us 6 rooms apart from each other and then put the other person on the other side of the hotel I had my 3 year old son (by the way whom is 55 pounds and 42inches) with me with other children my 3 year old son was allowed to ride the water slide for... read more
I am here now got the room for 47 and havent yet done the water park but the kids are super excited. After our water park adventure its back to seaworld
Check in - easy & very pleasant. The young desk clerk is from Russia, so we conversed in Russian. A very nice young man. Room - spacious, clean, cool. Water Park - very nice!
There are alot of bugs in the pool and waterpark area . I am from New York so not sure if there if thats common for florida. Room services just opens your door without warning to clean up and my last issue is the shuttle busses going to disney world leaving at 9am and not returning to 945pm.... And cabs are super expensive. If you dont have a car and plan on taking cabs to get around , definitetly download the uber app and use those they are $20 at max ! And the town cabs are about $40. GREAT PLACE!!! My kids love it! THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND THE ROOMS ARE SUPER CLEAN! SO LOOKING FORWARD TO GO SOON
