We found two roaches in the first room one in the tub and the other on the sink. Plus the bathroom fixtures were rusted. We changed rooms with that was better as far as we didn't see roaches. But the carpet was dirty and old and the beds where very very firm. The room next to ours had loud kids/adults. Between them and the rock hard bed my family didn't sleep. Then the pool opened at 8 am but the waterpark doesn't open until 11 when you have to checkout. Needs a lot of updates not worth the money.

Awesome hotel and waterpark.... rooms are comparable to the other hotels in the area...
Great 2 days ever with the kids. Great music selection at the park. Good people amazing selection of pools. Warm waters, extra hot jacuzzi. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Rooms clean and serviced all day. The tikki bar with my many likes and the fries yummy and at an excellent price. Like no other. Thank you much, much.
I already don't like Kissimmee fl,no place to stay. So I was limited to this place now I get told I'm not welcome here cause I'm towing a trailer,really you don't like trucks , how do you think you get your crap,good luck in the winter when the only people down here are truck drivers.
This place is horrible the ACS don't work in the rooms have been switched to 3 different rooms and all they want to do is give me a compliment for the Waterpark and breakfast i don't recommend this hotel to anybody
We stated last weekend and it was very nice place. It has things to do for the kids n adults. It's very family oriented. Will go again.
Worst place ever!!! Room floor slimy. Shower water smelled like feet. Pool dirty full of bugs and hair. No life guard at pool so watch your head bc you will get jumped on!!! Barley anyone spoke English that worked there. The maid was caught rummaging through our stuff in our room without our knowledge. Overall worst vacation place was dirty everywhere. Same garbage sat from 10am on ground till next day still on ground! !! Don't waste your $$
