Beautiful place
Stayed during the week,7-17-2014 Was very disappointed in the room. No Chairs to sit in, Shower very slow drain, mold in shower, and hair stuck on the ceiling. TV was old box 20" that did not work. Never saw room service. Pool bar people very nice but spoke little English and they could only take cash because credit card machine not working When I asked if they could charge to the room they said no cash only. Had a great time with the fam! I personally had a blast! Everything was great, the breakfast , the staff , the pool. Everything! Just wish i would've said something instead of walkin away! Only if she knew how I felt. P.S I absolutely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!
And just another warning, don't waste your money in the arcade. The token machine only gives you half the tokens you are supposed to get and only a small amount of the machines actually work after you put your tokens in.
It's a nice park for the kids we who live on the outside in town used to be able to go there an take the kids but now we can't do this u have to reserve a room there in order to use the park !!!! Sad that they took it away from the locals to use the park without staying In The resort :-(

Booked a room for two nights for the sole purpose of the water park area. Son really looking forward to the slides. Reserved on-line no mention of any type of maintenance. Get to hotel only to be told slides are down due to maintenance. Ask when they will be finished and was told they weren't sure. Well, if you can't give me a definitive answer I would like a refund. We booked the room on groupon for the 4th of July, and then started reading reviews; we were TERRIFIED. Cooler heads prevailed, and we decided to spend the day at the waterpark, and if the rooms were awful we would leave. Everything was GREAT; rooms were clean, new TVs, linens were clean, toilet/showers were clean, waterpark had plenty of staff around, tiki bar was a bit overwhelmed when it rained, lots to do for the kids, and no issues whatsoever.
