People friendly will do anything to make your visit welcome. They just need a shuttle service to universal as taxis are expensive but you can get 3 x buses it takes 2.10 hours but pleasant. No 10 no 108 no 37. Enjoy
Friendly staff and good value for money. Rooms fine. Water park small but great for kids
As of right now, this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. My husband and I came on Valentine's Day and when we arrived it was nothing like we expected. The walls and floors all around were dirty - the elevator had piles of dirt in it. The bedroom was bearable, until we tried to use the jetted tub. It took about 15 minutes for someone to come up and fix it and after 15 minutes of the poor man being zapped and the lights on that side of the room going out - because it was obviously an electrical issue, we aske... read more
This was a awsome hotel we usually stay at nickalodean but for the pruce this hotel definitely compares to there they won our business beds are so comfortable best sleep u had in a long time the room was very clean sevice excellent and room all up dated cant wait to come back and stay a couple days
Absolutely the worst place and ruined our last day of vacation. 68 degrees and sunny and waterpark CLOSED. Couldnt go back to my original hotel as my room was sold and hotel sold out. We figured we would stay since hotel pool "heated"..another joke. The water was no way swimmable. Tap water is warmer. Its 1014 at night some idiot is walking outside and talking so loud i hafta turn tv up. Another lady is banging the damn rail so loud and sounds like a heard of elephants is in the room above me. I don't understand other people's negative reviews! For what I paid, definitely has more than I paid for. Best bang for the buck! It has everything you need, good buffet for breakfast, hot tub and I enjoyed the business center with privacy windows, very quiet and the lady allowed me to connect my laptop to a screen so I was able to get work done. My room was very clean as well as my bedhseets. I dont know what else people expects for under 100.00 a night!!, come to NYC and see what you get for that!!
what at wonderful place, my grandkids loved it, the food at the Teki bar was very good. we are going to the water park today I'm sure I'll have more good things to write later
Great slides for kids and good tiki bar for adults :) The rooms are not fancy. After reading some of the reviews I was worried. After getting here I have to say it's a decent hotel. Only issue the fleece blanket they provide for bunk beds was not warm enough.They provided us with more than enough water park tickets. We will be back, staff was awesome.
Nice time at water park as for the hotel outdated , spiders hanging from outdoor hallways ,slow toilet , not the kind of room for being on a family vacation , Hampton inn now we're in paradise
