I wish I could leave a good review. I wish I could refer people to a company that I am a Platinum member of (Platinum means, pays us $5,000 for a 10 year plan and we’ll give you crappy service) I even asked the owner for a partial credit at year 5 and I would walk away. Today may be the last straw. Platinum had a “first in line” service agreement. I let it slide today and took the 12-5 window. We have a very old air conditioner. Tara Wells came out and checked it out thoroughly. She was great telling us everything that was wrong and explained everything. A very great employee. When we called, we were seen the next day.
