Flame is a very dependable and friendly service for HVAC needs. Tim Tessier, a Flame Furnace HVAC specialist, came to our house today, diagnosed the problem we had with our furnace and quickly fixed it. We’ve been Flame customers for many years and have been very satisfied.
We have been with Flame Furnace for 30 plus years. We have bought their Bryant products from furnaces and air conditioners, been Gold Plan members and have never had a negative issue. The service, the products, the technicians have all been top notch. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors because Flame stands behind their products and their clients.
Note to self: Don't neglect the yearly furnace checkup! Fortunately, my problem was just a part that needed cleaning. Flame came on time and they were done in about 15 minutes! Would call them again!! 👍

Jackie, the technician just left. This is only the second time I’ve used Flame as I’m new to this house. Their personnel are very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flame to anyone needing service, whether for just a routine checkup (which I had) or more involved work.
Just had a service call to my house for my furnace. Service tech was in my basement troubleshooting and fixing the problem within an hour from calling! I Highly recommend this companies services and will be definitely calling them when the time comes again!
