RecommendedPrompt, courteous, and knowledgeable technicians. I have been a customer for almost 20 years for furnace, electrical updates, and plumbing issues. Today, we utilized Flame to purchase and install a new hot water heater. A big shoutout to our technician today: Matt Moceri.
I had an entire furnace, A/C unit, humidifier, digital thermostat and water heater replaced and Flame did an awesome job. They explained everything before hand, gave me choices, were super clean before during and after installation and took care of the permits that needed to be pulled and final inspection. All in all a very positive experience!
The person who took my call, as well as the technician, were both very professional, yet friendly. The tech called before arriving and was on time.
The good is FLAME showed the next day Saturday. I agreed to the charge 90 dollars to diagnose. The tech was great he was there a total of 30 minutes. I was charged over 300 dollars for a 20 dollar part. I said wow 330 bucks for a 20 dollar part. His response was were not cheapest in town.
Great service, very punctual and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your heating needs!
Called on Christmas morning and Tara came out and check out my system and found that the mother board was defective. She didn't have one on her truck but was able to find one. Meanwhile we were having Christmas with our family she call and let us know she had found one and to give her a call when we got home. She returned at 10:00 pm and installed the mother board and check my system and made some adjustment. Can't thank her and Flame for the great service.
