RecommendedCurtis Schroeder came to fix our air conditioner.. I had lost a pandora necklace few days prior to appointment.. My daughter had given me for Mother’s Day. I looked everywhere thought it was gone forever. Curtis had found it in the driveway and gave it to my dad. I was so happy it was returned meant a lot to me. Thank you Curtis for being so honest and for the great service of fixing our air conditioner..
I am very pleased with the service and especially the notifications from Flame. If I had one suggestion, a little more care could be taken with clean up. I found a few little screws on the basement floor by the furnace and with a 3 year old running around that could be dangerous. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the techs.
