Just had a minor problem with my AC. The technician, Sam, was very helpful and patiently explained how the furnace/AC works. It was an excellent experience. I was also impressed that I received a text message with his photo telling me that he was on the way.
The latest semi-annual checkup went as usual: smoothly. Kevin called ahead and came on time. Did a thorough inspection, found no immediate problems but alerted that a capacitor in the AC system might need replacing in the next year.
1-2-3 now we have air conditioning. No muss, no fuss. Great service and terrific service technicians.
