I always get great customer service from the techs that came out to evaluate and repair furnace issues! I didn’t get any repairs done today, but the tech Phil D. And Salesman Troy McLaughlin Was honest about the replacements and possible repair cost. I would recommend Flame 🔥 Heating and Cooling to everyone that I know!
Sunday morning and no hot water. Called Flame and within a couple hours they had the problem resolved!! Excellent customer service!!!

We've been with Flame for several years now, and we're always impressed by the technicians who have come to our home.
I recently had a furnace problem with my 1.5 year old furnace that I purchased and had installed by Flame. They sent a worker out that morning and diagnosed it with a venting issued. They immediately arranged for installers to come out and fix the problem. They noticed another issue and that same evening another technician came and corrected that problem. I would highly recommend FLAME. They were out within the hour when we called Monday morning and said we lost heat on a Sunday morning. Then when they came out to put our new furnace in they were on time, all the techs were knowledgeable, worked well together and got the job done when they said they would. They were also very polite and respectful of myself and my home.
Zach was so helpful and he explained clearly how the new sump pump and backup operate and need to be maintained.
