As always, Flame gave lots of notice for arrival, technician arrived on time, technician was knowledgeable and quickly resolved the issue/completed the inspection, and service was great.

After my wall furnace was installed, but before the technician left, he emailed me my receipt which listed $2,849 for a task entitled Miscellaneous Install of Miscellaneous Materials. The installer said he had no control over the invoice description, to call the office. After repeated calls and emails to my salesman, I received a call from the office that said the invoice and associated warranty was being sent in the mail. That was a week ago. Flame service does an excellent job. We just added a service contract for our generator to go along with our service contract for our heating and air conditioning contract.

Wow! My technician was out of this world. Love Joe. Immediately diagnosed my furnace problem and realized that my thermostat was part of it. Very friendly (which is very important to me as well). I hope that I can always call upon him because my experience was, like I said, "Out of this world". The homes I've owned have always been covered by FLAME and me experience has always been exceedingly positive. But Joe gets the Oscar from me. Hope to see you at service time, Joe!
