I have been with FLAME since 2010 and happy to report that I am one happy customer. Service, customer orientation, advice, punctuality, processes and quality of work and material are outstanding. Every time a FLAME tech comes out, you will know who it is - an e-mail and text, including a picture and a brief history of their qualifications. Highly recommend FLAME

We've used Flame several times this year - AC annual maintenance and repair (Matt), electrical problem (Dave) and boiler annual maintenance (Ahmad) - and have been totally pleased with all their work. Every technician has been very friendly and professional. We wouldn't deal with any other company for this type of service.
I recommend Flame highly. Had a major problem which could have gone from bad to worse but Dustin and Zack found the problem and with a minimum of disruption to our day fixed the problem and was on their way in less time than thought it would take. They were very nice and professional. It's also great that Flame e-mails you a picture of the people coming to your house with a brief history of their qualifications and hobbies Very nice touch. I highly recommend Flame. Matt M was just out to fix my furnace/air conditioner issue. He called beforehand to inform me when he would arrive, was on time and personable. He fixed the issue with the GFCI switch all while allowing my 5 yr old to follow him around. He even gave him a matching Flame baseball cap. I've only had good experiences with Flame.
Flame arrived early to replace our two year old furnace lost to flood due to sewer backup. So grateful to have these technicians helping us get heat again!
