Just had a furnace, ac, humidifier and a water tank installed. The tech's work was completed with pride! The sales person (Troy) and the installers were awesome! The warranty is a plus: 10 year on parts and labor! Thanks guys!!!
FLAME HEATING, COOLING, PLUMBING, & ELECTRICAL IS A#1 in my book. Tim Tessier, Flame Tech, showed up the very next day after my service call request & rectified the furnace issue within minutes....such a gentleman. Would recommend Flame to EVERYONE - will NEVER go anywhere else (in hopes that we don't ever need to, that is). The website says clearly says that their service techs work 35 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That's why I bought a new boiler from them 2 years ago. Well, tonight is the third time in 2 years it's stopped working. My house is cold AND I'M TOLD THEIR SERVICE TECHS STOPPED MAKING CALLS AT 7:30. Take your business elsewhere.
I got 4 quotes, Flame then came in 1,102 dollars over my highest quote! And just about 2,000 dollars over my lowest quote. Do your homework and get your quotes when purchasing a new furnace, because this company is out to take you for a ride!

Terrible customer service. Disconnected my humidifier and promised a follow up phone call and I have not heard anything from them for two weeks. After calling them, all I got was excuses.
Flame was out to our home quickly. Friendly, efficient service. They were truthful and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend them.
Customer service department does not know what they're doing lame does not stock the necessary parts to fix a simple issue on a Bryant furnace. I give them one star because they answered the phone
