I went with Flame because a couple of people I know recommended them and had great service. Well unfortunately the person that they sent out didn't do anything. We figured out what the problem was and it was the duct work under my house, so I thought he would go and fix it, but he didn't want to go under the house. ( he went in the other room to call the office and I over him saying this to the office that he wasn't and didn't want to do it). Thanks to Tim for coming out on New Years Eve and replacing our furnace blower motor! Temp was 5 degrees and it would have been a disaster without your prompt response! And we were happy he could get the part at 3am!! Great service!!
I had a gas leak and Flame Heating did a great job of fixing it. They were on time, the serviceman was very courteous and knowledgeable, and I like that they send you a bio on the person coming to do the work. I would highly recommend this company.

We were very satisfied with our decision to go with Flame. We had a new furnace and air conditioner replaced. Brandon was the service guy they sent and he was very knowledgeable. Tom, the salesman was net pushy and helped us pick out what was best for the house. They pulled permits and when the city inspector came they said that Flame is the best as they never have an issue with the work they do.

Just had a new furnace and air installed a couple days ago, the crew was very nice and as far as I know did a great job. Everything is working smooth, quiet and looks great as it is in a hall closet type room. Looking forward to Spring when they come to hook up the air which I am sure will work just fine also. It is superior to what was in the newly purchased "older" home I was told who was coming and when. Pictures were sent by text so I knew the persons at the door. Very good.

My furnace went out and I called Flame. They sent a tech the next day. In the meantime I was able to get the system running. The tech came and checked everything and told me there was no problem he could find. I mentioned that the motor that runs to exhaust gases up the flue made noise but quieted recently. He checked it and said the bearings were damaged but it was not drawing excessive amperage. I asked him to replace it to be safe.
