Just had a hot water heater installed. The two installers were very good. Made sure they did not leave any marks. I have to see how it will work but I am sure it will be fine.

RecommendedWe have had Flame out for a new furnace/central air. We had several men here off and on and their professionalism, kindness, always putting their red slippers over their shoes when going thru the house is very much appreciated. Would truly recommended Flame
Have had the Gold Plan with Flame Furnace for many years. They are always prompt and courteous. Explain the problem thoroughly and the options available. Would recommend them highly for furnace, air conditioner, water heater and today I added plumbing maintenance and repairs.
This rating is mostly for my technician....he was patient with me and very knowable.. it took quite a while to test everything on this old unit... but he was diligent ....not wasting time..but seeking the problem and fixing it . I would recommend this service to my friends

I love their Gold Star plan. Tech was timely and professional and cleaned up the area around the furnace. He even repaired a gas leak that was not in the original plan.
