Troy the salesman was easy to work with and easy to contact. Erik the installer and thomas were great. They both will have long successful careers I bet. The price was a bit steep 1000.00 + more than family furnace for very similar equipment, but flame was easier and more convenient. They were professionals and were quick and efficient. Cleaned up when finished. Thomas and erik were there 13 hours on a Saturday without a single complaint.
Explain please how your company said a central air unit needed a new compressor when it was just a thermostat? It seems like this would have been the first thing to check.
the gentleman came in was kind and very personable. Took his time to figure out the problem and then went past that to double-check make sure that the furnace was running tip top shape after he finished cleaning out the spider from the drain tube! yes a spider! LOL

I have been on the gold plan off and on for several years and it seems like every time I went off the plan something went wrong with my furnace..years later I am still on it..and appreciate the prompt service I get with inspections and repairs!
