Louis came to help install our Nest thermostat that we had tried to install ourselves. But we didn’t know that a wire was already wrong in our existing thermostat so it messed up the Nest installation. He noticed it right away. Thanks Louis.

Called at 8:30am, had a tech (Tara W) at my home by 3:40pm for a furnace issue. Before she arrived the company sent a text with a photo of the tech and short blurb about the tech for safety. Tara was professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, clean, and great with my young child and dog. Our issue was resolved same day and multiple options were provided for getting the most bang for our buck. Payment was easy and Receipt was emailed immediately and accurate. I would recommend her and the company to others.
