The after sale was Superb. I ordered ECM for my truck and had no idea on how to set up the Passkey. I called flagship1 to get an assistance the person who assisted me walk me through and made me followed all the instruction it took me about less than 10 minutes and I was able to set up my ECM properly and now my car is working.
After reading a number of negative reviews, I wasn’t so sure if going for them would be setting myself up, but I really needed a computer so I went ahead and bought. At least I had no problems! Car works great now.
This is not a real company. They are fraudsters in training. I have been lied about the progress of my part, send a fake tracking number, been promised week to week I would receive part. This is it a reliable company. They will not be in business for long guaranteed.!!!!Beware!!!! If you like waiting g for a part for 4 weeks go right ahead. This part would cost you other contingencies. !!!!STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY!!!!
My representative walked me through the GM unlocking procedure when I was having trouble with it. I was on hold for a bit, but it was well worth it when I finally got someone. Forgot her name, but she was patient with me as I am a mechanic just starting out.
I’m trying to do this in my at home garage and forums and surprisingly was easy to follow. They told me that I needed to do some process with my keys when I got it and fired right up!
