I ordered a replacement ECU which took nearly three weeks to receive only to have it fail less than a year later. The warranty process has taken 3 weeks without any progress while my vehicle is accruing storage fees at the mechanics shop. Despite making 6 phone calls and being told my account manager is unavailable and they’ve placed me on the “priority list” I have not received a single response beyond a docusign message for an RMA request.
