do not use flag ship one. if the pcm works its fine but if you have a problem with it. it will take 1 mouth to replace. the will promise its a priority but they are lies. im not use how go the technicians are because i told them for a week it was a hardware problem and i needed a new one sent out but they keep telling me it was being programed. after i sent out my paper work to start the return and it took a week for them to tell me i could send it back... i KNEW it was a hardware problem it 10 mins of my diag. but it took t... read more
I thought it was going to be a good company. Should have done more research before buying. Have ECM that doesn't work and never will. No CS response. DON'T BUY FROM FLAGSHIP1, EVER!
I, like many others, wish I would have read all the reviews. Trust me, these people are a scam business. They will not send you a functioning part. They will not honor the warranty. I tried for 4 weeks. SCAMMERS.

I watched a youtube video of a gentleman praising Flagship 1 for their product and quickness. I should have read the reviews on Google. Ordered a stocked part and received an e-mail stating it could take up to 3 days to send it to me. I then received an e-mail 4 days later stating it's going to be longer. After a few of these e-mails (approximately 1 month's time), I finally get the pcm. I install the pcm and the car will not start. They don't deserve any stars as they false advertise a refurbished product when in fact it is a cleaned up salvage yard part nor is It even tested.I bought an ecu for my 04 dodge ram cummins and they said it was tested in their facility and that was a lie because the connector pins were dirty and dusty they haven't had been plugged into anything in quite some time and when I installed it, my fuel system operations weren't working but worked fine with the original ecu. After the PCM that i bought from them for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee failed with not even 6,000 miles on it, i called them and going through their terrible customer service reading a troubleshooting script,they agreed to repair it and send it back in 10 days.I had to make a number phone calls and sending e mails, i was referred to a project manager that never called or will e mail 3 days later, the PCM arrived in the mail while i was on the phone for an hour and a half to find out when it will be shipped.It was clean and shinny ... read more
