Great quality ECM that I got from FS1 considering it being refurbished. There was no way for me to acquire a new one for my specific 1996 Cherokee. Glad I chose this company. I admire their honesty and professionalism.

Got a replacement PCM from Flagship One for my 2002 Ford truck. I was advised of a shipping delay and I was fine with it since the repair was not urgent. It took about two weeks before I got the unit. I did not get annoyed. I followed the installation instructions carefully. Engine fired like new. Glad to be a repeat customer one day.
I have been using my 1992 Dodge RAM truck as a hand me down from my grandpa until it started showing check engine lights and such. The mechanic said it needed a replacement engine computer. Being on a tight budget I researched feverishly on The Wed and found FS1.

I applaud the efforts of my sales representative in ensuring I got a timely delivery for my engine module as I needed it working for my interstate trip. Luckily, the unit was easily in their inventory. My rep feverishly went out of her way to follow up with teks and all on a daily basis. do not order pcm or ecm will not work waited for weeks did not work
awful waited about an month before arrived contacted emailed several times no response when finally arrived when installed the pcm wouldnt start truck tried to contact no response had to back to dealer to get fixed dont do business with the people worst experience ever all they want is your money and when they get they are done with you
