This company is possibly the worst I have ever dealt with in 35 years in business. I am on my 3rd time returning a ECU (computer) to get it repaired each time they fix one thing and mess another up! No communication, no care in the world that my customer has been without their car for over a month now and still have not tried to streamline the process for helping me. I strongly recommend NOT using this company it's my first time and for sure my last!

Ordered on July 15th and was charged that day. Shipped the 27th (not bad considering) part was programmed for a different vehicle that is listed on my account for some reason (never ordered from before, won't ever again) sent back, they sent a replacement 6 WEEKS LATER AND GUESS WHAT. Still not programmed correctly. Now they refuse to issue a refund because the purchase was more than 30 days ago. Not my fault. Keep your money, go to anyone else. These guys scam and are pulling a legal game to keep $142.00. Won't answer calls... read more

Purchased a PCM from Flagship One, Unit did not work from day one. Slow to respond if ever. Will not return calls. Will put you on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. It's been over three weeks trying to resolve the problem with them. Will have to call the credit card company to resolve issue.
