Ordered on July 15th and was charged that day. Shipped the 27th (not bad considering) part was programmed for a different vehicle that is listed on my account for some reason (never ordered from before, won't ever again) sent back, they sent a replacement 6 WEEKS LATER AND GUESS WHAT. Still not programmed correctly. Now they refuse to issue a refund because the purchase was more than 30 days ago. Not my fault. Keep your money, go to anyone else. My experience with Flagship One Inc. was good. It was my first purchase from this company, and everything went well. Thank you.
Purchased a PCM from Flagship One, Unit did not work from day one. Slow to respond if ever. Will not return calls. Will put you on hold for over 10 minutes at a time. It's been over three weeks trying to resolve the problem with them. Will have to call the credit card company to resolve issue.
The techs are superb over there, one of them I spoke over the phone offered me a range of solutions to troubleshoot issues my car has been showing. Thank you, FS1INC.
