I was looking for an alternative to the dealership that quoted me $1299 for the new PCM! I mean…during COVID and being out of work needless to say that wasn’t even in my consideration. Did a very deep research, turned out Flagship One offered the lost price on the unit I needed, and included lifetime warranty, and free shipping. Received my PCM in a timely manner, along with the instructions on a security procedure that needed to be done I didn’t know anything of. Flagship One, you rock!

I bought a 2008 Prius and soon after its purchase, I found the ECU started creating the problem. I made an order at Flagship One and was completely surprised and satisfied with the product received. The customer service was phenomenal and the price was absolutely best! They also provided me the "re-sync" tool.
DON't ORDER FROM FLAGSHIP ONE! They are a scam! I ordered an ECU and never received it. They never answered my emails and hung up or disconnected or acted ignorant of the issue. They would NOT give me a refund and I have to go through my bank to get my money back.
The engine computer I purchased for my 1991 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L is working great for over two months now. Flagship One Inc. is the top-notch company.
