Great value for money. I ordered a PCM for my car recently believing what it says on the website plug and play with simple installation. And it was indeed - my vehicle shifts like magic now. Have nothing to complain about…Shipping was also on time. Outstanding!!
I was looking for an alternative to the dealership that quoted me $1299 for the new PCM! I mean…during COVID and being out of work needless to say that wasn’t even in my consideration. Did a very deep research, turned out Flagship One offered the lost price on the unit I needed, and included lifetime warranty, and free shipping. Received my PCM in a timely manner, along with the instructions on a security procedure that needed to be done I didn’t know anything of. Flagship One, you rock!
I must say that FS1 have the best quality and range of PCM .After much of my research, I got the right patch of PCM for my truck which was easy to install too. Thanks for great service and professional range of products.

I bought a 2008 Prius and soon after its purchase, I found the ECU started creating the problem. I made an order at Flagship One and was completely surprised and satisfied with the product received. The customer service was phenomenal and the price was absolutely best! They also provided me the "re-sync" tool.
DON't ORDER FROM FLAGSHIP ONE! They are a scam! I ordered an ECU and never received it. They never answered my emails and hung up or disconnected or acted ignorant of the issue. They would NOT give me a refund and I have to go through my bank to get my money back.
