My car had some troubles. So I had to purchase a new module from you. Now my car is working fine, because of the legitimate product you delivered. Installation took a bit of time, but overall am pleased with the experience of the product. Genuinely good and worthy replacement.

DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE! I found this site on google and decided to give it a shot. Called and talked to Cary and she was so helpful and reassuring that I was surprised how quick and easy it is to go through the process…she was very professional and explained everything. My 1992 Oldsmobile ECM was showing some malfunction errors, called FS1INC support ad consulted with a mechanic over the phone suggesting it might be a PCM. I order the right part over the phone, installed it and it’s back on the road. Thanks FS1INC.

This is the sorriest company. They lie to you about ship date time and time again. They take your money and have no intention of making it. I begged to let me pay for the overnight shipping. They said no. The reason is they know they wouldn't ship it. I've never had a company refuse overnight option. Told them i was renting vehicle till part arrived. They dont care. lied on 4 different phone calls. It took hrs to reach people on the phone only to get a speed talker you cant understand and have them disconnect. Wait on hold f... read more

I had to send the ECM back as it was not the right fit after programming. I raised a request for reimbursement and they did it within 15 days. Although, the time taken was long still I’m happy they made the refund.

My ’98 Grand Cherokee runs like a champ now. Personally I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a car computer. Very caring and thorough people.

This is by far the worst business you will ever have to deal with. never mind the positive reviews as they are most likely paid for. Customer service will lie to you about a call back i doubt i will ever see my ecm or my refund from them. Their customer service will just give you lip service. Every time i called they state they cannot talk to the account manager that has my part and they will will have to have the account manager call you back, but that never has happened. i honestly believe this is a business is a scam !

If you drive a Chrysler you will probably encounter a lightning bolt light error on the dash…the problem with mine was every time this happened the car went into LIMP mode and refused to accelerate.. replacing ECM fixed that.
