They delivered the unit weeks after the date stipulated. The unit arrived and after fallowing their security programming instructions worked fine.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have had to wait three weeks for my initial computer. Call after call with them using Covid as the excuse. I finally received my part. It lasted maybe a week and it had to be sent back. Im sitting here ion the phone for 11 minutes waiting for someone to answer and when they do, it will be an agent claiming to work at the location who doesn't speak english, to only email an account representative. Well it’s going on two weeks and have not received my product. I call customer service and get long wait. When finally answered I get hinged up on then no answer.
