DO NOT waste your time or money dealing with this company. You can get better customer service from a fence post. I ordered a computer for my Nissan Maxima. I was told it would be shipped within two days. I called back a week later and had to remind them to ship it. When it arrived it did not work. I returned it five weeks ago. It was so stressful when the V8 engine in my 2000 Ram 2500 would die randomly and not restart. I tried a cam and a crank sensor with no luck. I then ordered an engine control module from Flagship One, Inc., and my truck fixed. I have now traveled 6,500 trouble-free miles. Thank you, FS1!
My jeep had been sitting around for years, and no one could get it to run. My dad and I diagnosed it, thought it needed a new PCM...ordered one up from Flagship, and popped her in, and it started right up! No complaints from me! Excellent service and awesome product.
this was a horrible experience. I work for the largest automotive parts distributor in the us. I ordered an ecm for these folks and got nothing but the run around. they told me shipment in 2 to 3 days. after 2 weeks and 6 futile attempts to find out when my ecm would ship, I gave up and cancelled the order. they kept telling me due to complicated programing required it would be delayed. We have a family-owned and operated repair shop. We ordered a computer for a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee with the 4.7l V8. Got it in about four days, exchanged the old computer, and the jeep fired up, no problems at all! We were thrilled with it, and so was the customer. Great product! I highly recommend it!!!!!
