Having recently bought a 1987 Ford Truck F-Series 5.0L ECM, the Car was having issues shifting from 2nd to 3rd when frequently accelerating around 3000 rpm. I did some online research and read forums on the subject; I came across this online repair parts shop. I ordered a refurbished ECM from them, came in about two days, installed it, and followed the instructions provided in the box.
I placed an order for an IDM for a 95 Ford diesel van. Unfortunately, this was done during the Corona virus pandemic and lock down in the New York area. Flagship One was still able to ship the unit within a reasonable period of time considering the circumstances. I can't complain about the price, which I consider to be really good. I purchased a PCM for my 1988 Toyota Van at flagship one, Inc! The customer service was excellent. I will continue to come here for all my auto parts needs.
DO NOT waste your time or money dealing with this company. You can get better customer service from a fence post. I ordered a computer for my Nissan Maxima. I was told it would be shipped within two days. I called back a week later and had to remind them to ship it. When it arrived it did not work. I returned it five weeks ago. It was so stressful when the V8 engine in my 2000 Ram 2500 would die randomly and not restart. I tried a cam and a crank sensor with no luck. I then ordered an engine control module from Flagship One, Inc., and my truck fixed. I have now traveled 6,500 trouble-free miles. Thank you, FS1!
