I needed an ECM/PCM for my Van. I contacted Flagship One and chatted online with Ashley. She walked me through the process, then called me to verify my order. I had a few questions once I received it, and Ashley was there to help me out with the critical programming cycle. The Van runs so much better, plus I am getting much better gas mileage with the software upgrade. Thanks, Ashley, for all of your help.

Having recently bought a 1987 Ford Truck F-Series 5.0L ECM, the Car was having issues shifting from 2nd to 3rd when frequently accelerating around 3000 rpm. I did some online research and read forums on the subject; I came across this online repair parts shop. I ordered a refurbished ECM from them, came in about two days, installed it, and followed the instructions provided in the box.

I placed an order for an IDM for a 95 Ford diesel van. Unfortunately, this was done during the Corona virus pandemic and lock down in the New York area. Flagship One was still able to ship the unit within a reasonable period of time considering the circumstances. I can't complain about the price, which I consider to be really good.
