Flagship One Inc. is the central spot I go for automotive parts. They just deliver a great product at fair prices. They are furthermore friendly and pleasing each time somebody walks into the store. Horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone. They always tell you an account manager will contact you, that is a joke. No one will tell you where your order is. This company may be a scam, it appears that way by the way they treat their customers. Spend the extra money and go to a company that is real and appreciates their customers. Still haven't received my unit.

these people are lower then scum. they will rip you off.and not blink a eye. I have never delt with a company as sorry as this. they will cuss you out on the phone and hang up on you this is after they steal your money. charged me 127.00 and never sent me anything and when I called a said something the douchbag women on the phone started cussing me out. and then they gave me a 17.00 dollar refund. this place sucks big time we will be filing suit. any body wanna get in on it let me know
