Horrible customer service. They do not answer the phone. They always tell you an account manager will contact you, that is a joke. No one will tell you where your order is. This company may be a scam, it appears that way by the way they treat their customers. Spend the extra money and go to a company that is real and appreciates their customers. Still haven't received my unit.
