I think Flagship One should be the first and foremost choice of motor mechanics and automobile repairers in USA. I ordered an ECM for my clients 1995 B2300 from them, and they shipped the product in just a few days, came in perfect condition. I installed it on my customers vehicle, and it works correctly. I am delighted with their customer service, and very reasonable prices. I will use them again for my future needs of vehicle modules.
worst company to do business with! Customer Service is poor, Instead of solving the problem, They want to pass you to "Account Manger" who will follow up with you! Joke is on you, No one follows up, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General, place you on hold for over a hour at a time and still know one comes to the Phone ever time your transfer to account manger ,, what a joke they still have my cash of 299.99 and know when knows if or when i can expect a refund as all ways the Account manager will get back to yo... read more
