Despite that I paid extra $20 for express shipping, I still got it in 6 days. Sounds like a standard shipping to me, but regardless it’s been a good experience, computer works fine.

Thanks to Flagship One professionalism my car is up and running again. Just beyond great…it’s amazing that we have such a service where you do not need to worry about programming electronics, bringing your car to a dear etc. very convenient.

I was quite happy with the $30 refund, they called me back and told me the VIN I emailed returned a different part number that costs less. Even better! The fact they were so honest about it gives them an extra star.
