I purchased a computer for my 2000 Ford Expedition and when I received it, I installed it and it and the vehicle will not start with it(it does start with the original one I was replacing but doesn’t run right with the original one because I think I got it wet when pressure washing the motor area of my vehicle). horrible company , crooks and thief’s. shipped an non working ecu 20 days late. avoided all phone calls and emails, about returning it. finally about a month later someone said they would send a check. now a month later and now check. they will not answer phone when i call, cowards
I ordered a PCM on Oct 8th, 2020. about a week later they sent an email saying that the first pcm failed the quality check and they were getting a new one. then I get another email saying it will be shipped out that day. This was on the 21st. The tracking number they provided me shows that USPS still hasn't received it. Don't waste your time or money with these folks
I purchased a PCM for my Charger at FS1INC. Technical team is super helpful when it comes to installation questions, I was on the phone with mechanic trying to figure out of the part needs relearning. It works great now, after a few days of running. Thank you Flagship!

Worth buying as they give free lifetime warranty of the products, unlike other companies. I’m surprised these guys are not even taking core charges and they let me to keep my old unit, too.
I ordered an ECM at FS1 on September 5th as their website clearly claimed handling time as 1-6 business days. It took seven business days to receive my product. The part was programmed to my VIN, I just installed it and it worked. Happy to get the ECM, installation process was easy and quick.
