If I could leave ZERO stars I would. What a JOKE this company is. Ive been waiting over a month. They gladly took my money. Phone call after phone call no one can tell me where my part is. They keep referring me to my "account manager" who Im not sure even exists. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Disputing the charges on my card.
They sent me a new ECM for my 2008 Ford F150. It arrived in 10 days, I Installed it and it worked right up. They also didn't require me to send back the faulty ECM before I could get a replacement. Now that's a great customer service! The truck is running awesome now and no more check engine light.
My friend has a family-owned repair shop, he was trying to help me with my car showing some check engine light errors. He ordered a part from you guys, and we appreciate the quick shipping and reasonable prices. Now the car runs ideally. It was a little hick-up on the first module sent…I got a wrong VIN…They expedited it back to manufacturer, and the second module worked great…Thanks!
Replacing the computer eliminated the problem..and the new upgrade in codes improved the vehicles gas mileage. Saved bucks on the computers, saving every week now on gas too.
Pleasure to do business with. PCM worked on my car and the key instructions were easy to follow. The shipping was quick although I had to pay for expedited shipping, but I needed the part right away. I would definitely recommend this company.
