Worth buying as they give free lifetime warranty of the products, unlike other companies. I’m surprised these guys are not even taking core charges and they let me to keep my old unit, too.

I ordered an ECM at FS1 on September 5th as their website clearly claimed handling time as 1-6 business days. It took seven business days to receive my product. The part was programmed to my VIN, I just installed it and it worked. Happy to get the ECM, installation process was easy and quick.

Extremely happy to find a reliable partner to supply all kinds of pcbs to my shop. I have recently ordered a 1992 acura legend pcm, and it came in just 8 days. Very easy installation. Super nice to deal with.

I purchased a pcm for my charger and it stopped working had to send it back in for a warranty exchange, with their shipping label ups lost the computer took nine days to be found and i was told by flagship one that they could not replace mine if ups didnt deliver but were unwilling to do the legwork of filing a claim or lost package claim, finally it came its been there since the 6th of October as of today which is the 16th: Ive still not received a resolution. I ordered an ECU unit recently but had to cancelled the order case my mechanic figured what the issue was. Customer care was great, handled my case and issued a refund over the chat. Great support team!

Though I got my unit bit late, still the USPS tracking updated me with the status… the unit stayed in transit for a few days, but when I got it it worked fine.

This company is possibly the worst I have ever dealt with in 35 years in business. I am on my 3rd time returning a ECU (computer) to get it repaired each time they fix one thing and mess another up! No communication, no care in the world that my customer has been without their car for over a month now and still have not tried to streamline the process for helping me. I strongly recommend NOT using this company it's my first time and for sure my last!
