My 2008 Ford truck's PCM was showing error codes. My mechanic recommended this company to order from them. I was hesitant at first due to some reviews I had read, but my mechanic had nothing but praises for them. I placed an order online and followed up with an Email that I got a quick reply for. I am happy to inform all that my truck is back and running like new, Many thanks to FS1.
I applaud the efforts of my sales representative in ensuring I got a timely delivery for my engine module as I needed it working for my interstate trip. Luckily, the unit was easily in their inventory. My rep feverishly went out of her way to follow up with teks and all on a daily basis. The unit arrived on the very last day of what would have been my shipping deadline. I called my mechanic to install the unit. My truck purred perfectly. Thank you Flagship One.
do not order pcm or ecm will not work waited for weeks did not work
awful waited about an month before arrived contacted emailed several times no response when finally arrived when installed the pcm wouldnt start truck tried to contact no response had to back to dealer to get fixed dont do business with the people worst experience ever all they want is your money and when they get they are done with you
I bought an EC you for a customers car supposed to been pre-programmed and updated installed the ECU ended up having to take vehicle to dealership to find out that the part they sold us was no good then contact them on a refund and they said it was a couple day process to see if I was eligible for a refund and if I was that the restocking fee was going to be a little under what I spent originally I think this is a little absurd seeing how their product they sold me was no good and the Warranty I guess means nothing I would ... read more
It took 4 weeks to receive my order and my mechanic ended up reprogramming it anyway - it cost me a fortune to get my Jeep back on the road. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.
If I could give a negative number I would. With this company the scale should be set from -10 to 0. Let me put some numbers to it. From beginning to end the total process was on the greater side of 6 months. I spoke with at least 20 different customer service representatives while having to make over 40 calls. I had 3 different account managers who were "in charge" of my account, 1 of which I never was able to reach and the other 2 I spoke with 1 time each. Horrible, terrible customer service! Ordered computer part for car. Vin # was taken and computer was shipped within expected time. However once computer part was put in car it did not work. The same day we contacted them and was told to fill out a form telling them what the car was doing and not doing. We were told a technician would look into it and get back with us on what to do about the computer. We waited and waited for a reply from them.
