I never expected to get phone call from an online company. They called that my order was going to get delayed as they do not have a ready module on hand. The wait was worth it. Got my unit two days ago and had my mechanic install in without needing the dealership to set up some codes. Props to Flagship One for great care for its customers.
I give Flagship One 5 stars for helping me save a car that has been of sentimental value to me since I was a teenager. Yes it took my order almost two weeks to come but that unit works and my beloved car is now back on the road with me, kudos to this company.
Ordered an ECM 3 weeks ago. Communicated with Madeline T by email. Asked for a status yesterday but got no response. I called today- spent an hour on the phone with people in the Philippines. I found out somehow, someone called (allegedly) and cancelled the order over a week ago, but no one bothered to email me. I never received such a call and they gave me no information who called and supposedly cancelled. They do not seem organized, and I don't think they do the programming locally in this country. Everyone I talked to at this company was super friendly. A big plus for me as my engine computer that I've purchased for my 2008 Ford Truck is running like a new vehicle after the ECM got installed.
Kudos to this company! They do a great job you won't be disappointed.
I just got my ECM for my 2000 Nissan Xterra which is programmed Plug and play. My mechanic took less than 20 minutes to install it. For anyone looking for ECM, these guys are authentic. Thank you!
I ordered an ecm from flagship 1. Got it 2.5 weeks later and installed it just to find out it didn't work. They MADE me have a locksmith come out to look at the ecm BEFORE they would even send me a return label for them to look at it in they're shop. I paid for the ecm with there keys because it states on there website along with the little paper they send with the ecm that if you buy there keys with there ecm. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A LOCKSMITH. They mad me pay for a Locksmith to come out just to find out they sent t... read more
