Getting even a refurbished Cummins ECM for my 98 Dodge truck was not at all cheap, having spent around 900 bucks for one. Nonetheless it was worth the purchase as my truck's engine has once again come back to life. I love my old truck and am so happy Flagship One made it happen for me.
Although it remains to be seen how long my ECM replacement will last, I am happy to report that Flagship One did a great job of processing my order without any hassles and even gave me a discount towards my next purchase. This company is definitely worth trying out. I see quite a number of mechanics and repair shops that trust their integrity.
Overall this is great company to deal with. I have had ups and downs with them for the over two years I have been using them to supply my repair shop. I commend them for their professionalism, honesty, and sincere effort to help their clients. I have had more than a dozen modules ordered from them and will continue ordering from them in the years to come.
Was blessed to receive my order for a replacement ECU for my 95 Corolla in less than a week. Had problems making it work but a phonecall I made had one of their techs help me step by step. Got my car working again as my work vehicle. Thanks a lot Flagship One.
I never expected to get phone call from an online company. They called that my order was going to get delayed as they do not have a ready module on hand. The wait was worth it. Got my unit two days ago and had my mechanic install in without needing the dealership to set up some codes. Props to Flagship One for great care for its customers.
I give Flagship One 5 stars for helping me save a car that has been of sentimental value to me since I was a teenager. Yes it took my order almost two weeks to come but that unit works and my beloved car is now back on the road with me, kudos to this company.
Ordered an ECM 3 weeks ago. Communicated with Madeline T by email. Asked for a status yesterday but got no response. I called today- spent an hour on the phone with people in the Philippines. I found out somehow, someone called (allegedly) and cancelled the order over a week ago, but no one bothered to email me. I never received such a call and they gave me no information who called and supposedly cancelled. They do not seem organized, and I don't think they do the programming locally in this country. Everyone I talked to at this company was super friendly. A big plus for me as my engine computer that I've purchased for my 2008 Ford Truck is running like a new vehicle after the ECM got installed.
Kudos to this company! They do a great job you won't be disappointed.
