Purchased PCM in Oct 12,2024 After item came it was defective when I claimed for the warranty and asked for replacement they put up a huge number of obstacles to avoid solving the problem.I returned item for replacement or refund and they sent the same item back same serial number same result. Contacted back and was told to take to a mechanic and pay for further diagnostics. They bought time so they could rip off a disabled elder for 1530.00 dollars buy at your own risk. They lie about the turnaround time. If we had known that it would take 2 weeks we would have bought the part on eBay and saved $100. Do your research and check the BBB before you order.
This is the worst place to deal with and takes forever to get you a part switched out that is BAD.............The car RAN better with the old ECU then it does with the new one so again stay away from this place .
So starting in April of 2023 I have attempted to get a working ECM from flagship one. Under original purchase I received a unit that was not programmed to the correct VIN which was my bad, I did not know a engine swap had occurred so Unit was sent back and programmed to the correct VIN. Then finally they said they cannot send the ECM back and then I would have to find one to send to them to get programmed. I sent them an ECM that I had to purchase from a junkyard for $2500. Waist of time and money warranty is a waste customer service rep no help Then they call you we will fix it NOTHING YET Easier to buy a ECM somewhere else
do not use flag ship one. if the pcm works its fine but if you have a problem with it. it will take 1 mouth to replace. the will promise its a priority but they are lies. im not use how go the technicians are because i told them for a week it was a hardware problem and i needed a new one sent out but they keep telling me it was being programed. after i sent out my paper work to start the return and it took a week for them to tell me i could send it back... i KNEW it was a hardware problem it 10 mins of my diag. but it took t... read more
I thought it was going to be a good company. Should have done more research before buying. Have ECM that doesn't work and never will. No CS response. DON'T BUY FROM FLAGSHIP1, EVER!
I, like many others, wish I would have read all the reviews. Trust me, these people are a scam business. They will not send you a functioning part. They will not honor the warranty. I tried for 4 weeks. SCAMMERS.
